Job summary

Phoenix Tower International (PTI) is seeking a nationally oriented National Sales Director to accelerate leasing growth across its US wireless infrastructure portfolio. The role centers on executive-level carrier relationships, strategic deal origination, and portfolio-level negotiations.

You will report to the Director, Sales & Real Estate and lead efforts across national carriers, infrastructure partners, and emerging tenants, driving revenue growth and sophisticated commercial strategies

Qualifications

15+ years in wireless infrastructure or telecom leasing.
Strong carrier relationships at senior levels.
Proven track record of portfolio-level deals.
Exceptional negotiation and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

Build executive-level relationships with national carriers and strategic customers.
Develop and execute account strategies for leasing, collocations, amendments.
Identify new revenue opportunities across PTI's portfolio.
Lead negotiations for multi-site and portfolio-level agreements.
Use market intelligence to position PTI assets.
Collaborate with Real Estate, Operations, Asset Management, Legal, and Finance.
Maintain a national pipeline and provide forecast accuracy.
Represent PTI at meetings and industry events.
