Phoenix Tower International is seeking an energetic Project Manager to lead telecom infrastructure installations from entry to closeout. You will manage design and implementation, coordinate with clients, vendors and internal teams, and ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.

The role requires 3–5 years in telecom infrastructure or tower services, strong communication skills, and ability to travel up to 25%. Located in or near designated US regions with remote work options.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, technology, construction management or related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in Telecom Infrastructure/Tower Services.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Willingness to travel up to 25%.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and nurture client relationships and manage day-to-day project communications.
• Coordinate with Customers, Sales, Leasing and Asset Management in design and installation processes.
• Create and maintain daily project plans and monitor progress across multiple projects.
• Review NTP requirements and issue NTP to tenants and contractors.
• Ensure documentation is complete in the project system and manage site walks as needed.
