Fischer & Wieser Farmstead, a national manufacturer of specialty food products based in Fredericksburg, Texas, seeks a National Sales Manager to drive growth across grocery, club, foodservice and other wholesale channels. The role requires closing opportunities, building strategic customer relationships, and expanding distribution nationwide.

You will prospect, present, negotiate, and close deals while collaborating with distributors, retailers, brokers, and other partners.

Qualifikationen

• Established customer relationships and a strong book of business within one or more channels (grocery, specialty retail, club, foodservice, or other wholesale).
• 4+ years of successful sales experience in relevant channels, preferably within food/beverage or related consumer packaged goods industries.
• Proven ability to develop new business opportunities and drive profitable sales growth.
• Experience working with distributors, retailers, brokers, operators, or related trade channels.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to identify opportunities beyond traditional product placement, including menu applications and strategic partnerships.
• Highly relationship-oriented, commercially sharp, and execution-focused.
• Comfortable operating independently in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Aufgaben

• Drive sales growth across targeted accounts in grocery, specialty retail, club, foodservice, or other wholesale channels.
• Develop, manage, and expand strategic customer relationships to increase sales and margins.
• Collaborate with customers on product placements, merchandising programs, and promotional initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, brokers, retailers, and other channel partners.
• Manage distributor and retail partner relationships with focus on profitable growth and strategic account development.
• Oversee broker activities to ensure alignment with sales objectives and growth targets.
• Develop, negotiate, and evaluate promotional programs for ROI and growth.
• Analyze sales performance, market trends, and opportunities to identify growth strategies.
• Partner with Marketing, Product Development, Operations, Customer Service, Finance, and leadership teams to deliver results.
