Wholesale Payments is seeking a merchant services–experienced sales leader to recruit, train, and lead teams nationwide from Fort Worth, TX. You’ll scale a sales force, mentor producers, and drive results with accountability and hands-on coaching.

This 1099 Independent Contractor role offers uncapped earnings, lifetime residuals, and full autonomy to build a high-performing team with strong product fit and support.

Qualifications

• Proven success in merchant services, payment processing, or B2B sales.
• Experience recruiting, training, and leading independent sales reps.
• Self-driven, coachable, and hungry to build something that lasts.
• Based in or near Fort Worth, TX (or remote with 3+ years of merchant services leadership experience).
