A fast-growing merchant services provider is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive B2B sales across the U.S. This remote position allows you to manage your own schedule and earn uncapped commissions, with the potential to earn $75K–$90K+ in your first year. Ideal candidates have 2+ years of experience in Merchant Services and are self-motivated with excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in Merchant Services, Payments, ISOs, or similar industry is required.
• Proven ability to work independently and remotely needed.
• Familiarity with CRMs and e-commerce tools is a must.

Business Development Representative - Payments & Merchant Services

Location: 100% Remote | Field-Based – Candidates preferred in: Florida, New York, West Coast, Midwest (Chicago), or Dallas

Compensation: $55,000/year + Uncapped Residual Commissions (OTE $75,000–$90,000+ in Year 1)

A fast-growing merchant services provider is seeking an experienced Business Development Representative - Payments & Merchant Services to drive B2B sales and manage client relationships across the U.S. This is an exciting opportunity for motivated professionals looking to grow their income and portfolio with a highly flexible and remote-first sales role.

What You’ll Do:

• Own and manage your full sales pipeline—from prospecting to closing
• Act as the primary point of contact for merchants and partners
• Submit new merchant deals weekly and monthly
• Present company products and services; run the full sales cycle
• Collaborate with internal onboarding teams to ensure merchant success
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and payment solutions
• Accurately log opportunities, notes, and statuses in CRM
• Proactively seek out ways to improve internal processes and client success
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs

Qualifications:

• 2+ years’ experience in Merchant Services, Payments, ISOs, or similar industry (REQUIRED)

• Experience working with both low-risk and high-risk merchants
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
