Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical/problem solving skills and organizational skills, attention to details and team-spirit.
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite.
• Bilingual in French, Spanish, and/or Italian is a plus.
• Knowledge of basic wine and/or the wine industry is a plus.
• International work experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries about products and services
• Process incoming orders (email, phone, website) and sample requests
• Verify pending order status and update customers/sales representatives, accordingly
• Interact with third-party warehouse daily to ensure the transfer of orders is submitted
• Handle customer post-shipment issues (mis-shipment, returns, credits)
• Communicate proactively to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
• Provide support to our sales team via email, phone, or in-person
• Meet deadlines in accordance with warehouse order submissions
• Conduct routine operational tasks with precision and work across departments in support of the department’s goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned
