Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3–5 years in customer service, sales support, or order processing.
• Experience in a call center or fast-paced environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for high-volume inbound inquiries related to availability, pricing, orders.
• Enter customer quotations into SAP with pricing accuracy.
• Process sales orders including pricing, terms, and delivery timelines.
• Send order confirmations and notify customers of updates.
• Monitor open orders and backorders and provide lead time updates.
• Coordinate with inventory and supply chain to resolve delays.
• Partner with Outside Sales to support accounts.
• Resolve issues professionally with a solutions mindset.
• Maintain product knowledge to support customers and sales.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
