RDC is seeking a Project Manager to lead a growing portfolio of national retail projects. The role centers on serving as the primary client liaison, coordinating schedules, scopes, and contracts, and coaching the team for growth and excellence.

The successful candidate will manage new construction and adaptive reuse within a dynamic retail group, guiding staffing, fees, and project milestones to meet client goals.

Qualifications

• Experience leading architecture teams on retail renovation and new construction projects.
• Bachelor's degree in architecture; licensure preferred.
• 10 years of architectural practice experience.
• Advanced knowledge of architectural detailing and construction standards.
• Familiarity with agency review/entitlement processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead project meetings with agendas and ensure accurate minutes.
• Manage project schedules, scope, and client contracts.
• Oversee contract documents, bid packages, and procurement.
• Provide weekly timesheet reviews and monthly billing oversight.
• Pursue new project opportunities with existing clients.
