Job summary

Integrity Marketing Group, a leading independent distributor of life and health insurance products, is seeking a National Recruiter for its NAA team. You will recruit agents to sell insurance across our business units and work as part of the sales team.

The ideal candidate has a background in life or health insurance, is comfortable placing outbound calls, and possesses strong communication skills, a quick learning approach, and a professional, clear voice.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 3-5 years of prior experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities
