Job summary

Walmart Realty Execution is seeking a Realty Project Coach to lead store and club remodels, new store openings, and special projects across the United States. You will supervise hourly teams, manage escalations, and partner with store leadership to keep projects on time and within budget.

The role requires traveling up to 100% of the time, with overnight stays and mileage reimbursed. A bachelor’s degree in business or related field plus PM/space/store design experience is required, with

Bachelor's degree in business or related field required with 1 year of PM/space management/store design/operations/data analysis experience or 3 years of PM/space management/store design/operations/data analysis experience.

Responsibilities

Own the execution of projects in assigned stores and support remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US.
Communicate plans, changes, and obstacles to key stakeholders; supervise hourly team members and escalate issues as needed.
Travel across the US to project sites; ensure projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
