Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team in the US. You will deliver store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects nationwide, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and high quality.

You will supervise hourly team members and collaborate with store leaders while traveling to projects across the country. Regular/ Permanent position with overnight travel frequently required; mileage reimbursed and long‑term itineraries are common.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.

Responsibilities

• Own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects across the US.
• Supervise hourly team members and manage escalations.
• Collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Travel to projects across the US.
