Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Realty Project Coach to join the Realty Execution team in the US. You will own the execution of store and club remodels, new stores, and special projects nationwide, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and top-quality standards.

You’ll supervise hourly team members and collaborate with store leadership to keep projects on track. Travel across the US is required, with frequent assignments and a focus on delivering results while upholding Walmart's culture of internal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field with 1 year of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area OR 3 years of experience in project management, space management, store design, operations, data analysis, or related area.
• Willingness to travel up to 1000 miles from home and be away 80% of the time, or 17–21 days at a time.

Responsibilities

• Deliver store and club remodels, new stores and clubs, and special projects across the US.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Partner with store team leads to supervise hourly team members and manage escalations.
