Job summary

StructureCare is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead estimating, planning, and field oversight for a national portfolio. You will translate engineering assessments into priced, buildable plans with phased execution and cost control, reporting to the Project Executive, National Accounts.

Significant travel (80%) is required, with home base near a major airport. Strong leadership, independent work style, and cross‑functional collaboration are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years of progressive experience in project management, estimating, and construction planning.
• Estimating experience is a hard requirement, including quantity-based estimating and cost development.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering assessments, drawings, and details for pricing.
• Strong problem solving, negotiation, and business management skills.
• Experience with SAP, Google Drive, Microsoft Office, and Bluebeam is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual estimates and opinions of probable cost for capital improvements.
• Translate engineering assessments into priced project plans and phasing.
• Manage all estimate components: quantities, direct/indirect costs, permits, and general conditions.
• Coordinate with partners to validate pricing, scope, and market conditions.
• Maintain national accounts project portfolio schedule and phased plans.
• Oversee field execution and ensure alignment with financial objectives.
• Prepare monthly forecasts and monitor expenditures against budgets.
• Develop and maintain a network of preferred partners.
