Job summary

Enterprise Community Loan Fund, an affiliate of Enterprise Community Partners, seeks a seasoned operations leader to manage day-to-day tasks, coordinate across lending and asset teams, and support policy-driven process improvements. This role emphasizes accurate data governance, program monitoring, and cross-department collaboration to advance affordable housing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• Five to seven years’ experience in community development or lending with finance experience.
• Project or operations management experience preferred.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and communicate across departments.
• Proficiency with MS Office; CRM familiarity helpful.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operational tasks and implement policies and procedures.
• Coordinate across lending, capital, portfolio administration and asset management teams.
• Ensure data accuracy and support audits and enterprise-level data governance.
• Lead program management and communicate program monitoring requirements.
• Maintain inventory/schedule of programs/funds and support systems development.
