Job summary

Delaware Valley Paving Co. Inc. is seeking an experienced Program Manager to support our National Construction division. You will manage national programs across multiple states, guiding bidding, procurement, and project coordination from initial discussions through closeout.

The role serves as the primary liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring timely communication, accurate proposals, and high customer satisfaction across commercial, retail, and industrial projects nationwide.

Qualifications

• Experience managing national programs across multiple states.
• Proven ability to lead bids from initial discussions to closeout.
• Strong organizational and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of procurement and subcontractor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with national retailers, commercial developers, property managers, construction managers, HOAs, and other national accounts.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned national programs and multi-site rollouts.
• Identify opportunities for additional paving, concrete, and site work at existing sites within the program.
• Coordinate with estimating, operations, project management, field crews, regional offices, and leadership to meet customer commitments.
• Monitor project progress and communicate updates, issues, schedule changes to customers.
• Assist with resolving customer concerns and maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records of interactions, opportunities, proposals, and projects.
• Identify and evaluate potential opportunities aligned with DVP National Construction.
• Review bid invitations, scopes of work, specifications, drawings, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with estimating and operations to develop competitive proposals for single/multi-site programs.
• Assist with quantity takeoffs, pricing, subcontractor quotes, and scope development as needed.
• Prepare and submit proposals, bids, change orders, and other customer-facing docs.
• Maintain awareness of national market conditions, competitor activity, and pricing expectations.
