Job summary

Delaware Valley Paving Inc. seeks an experienced Seasonal Construction Project Manager / Superintendent to join our National Construction Team. This full-travel, field-based role supports projects across the United States and is not limited to a single market.

The ideal candidate will lead field operations, manage crews and subcontractors, monitor schedules and budgets, ensure safety and quality, and maintain client relationships while traveling up to nine months per year.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of construction field leadership experience preferred.
• Proven experience in asphalt paving, concrete construction, or related site work.
• Strong communication skills with internal teams, clients, and field personnel.

Responsibilities

• Lead field operations, crews, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Coordinate labor, equipment, and materials for projects.
• Monitor schedules, budgets, production, and deliverables to stay on track.
