You will own the day-to-day strategy, translate data into action, optimize labor and resources, and partner with the District Manager to inspire a high-performance sales team. This remote position requires travel to NFM markets; it offers a competitive executive salary starting at $75,000/year plus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Experience designing national-level retail programs for consumer electronics or similar ecosystems.
• Proficient in interpreting complex sales reports and data visualizations to drive decisions.
• Executive presence to advise client stakeholders while inspiring field teams.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with client stakeholders to co-create and refine the day-to-day program strategy.
• Use granular sales data to identify trends and growth opportunities and scale client sales across NFM locations.
• Oversee end-to-end program execution, including inventory health and merchandising standards.
• Partner with the District Manager to translate strategy into field action and motivate the sales team.
• Serve as primary contact for NFM corporate leadership and ensure seamless program integration.
• Adjust the Playbook to maintain the client’s dominant market share against competitors.
• Develop field leaders and a robust pipeline of player-coaches.
