Job summary

Beacon Specialized Living is seeking a Program Director to oversee multiple locations, ensuring budgets, census targets, and clinical outcomes are met. You will support Care Team Managers by securing staffing and resources, co-chair monthly staff meetings, and ensure policies are consistently applied with timely documentation.

The role requires coordinating with HR, Compliance and executive leadership, managing time-and-attendance, staff training, and new employee orientation.

Responsibilities

• Integrity: Always be compliant with all company and regulatory policies and procedures.
• Operational Oversight: Ensure that company goals, including budget and clinical effectiveness targets, are met.
• Policy Implementation: Consistently apply and deploy BSLS policies, procedures, and care practices.
• Incident Reports: Review incident reports, submit them for approval, and ensure timely submission to regulatory agencies.
• Work Injury Reports: Ensure work injury reports are entered accurately and in a timely manner if needed.
• Record Maintenance: Ensure records are secure, confidential, up-to-date, and accurate for individuals and employees.
• Reporting Requirements: Ensure that reporting requirements are met and monitor various plans and quality.
• Ongoing Audits: Perform ongoing audits of location operations, including routine inspections.
• Cooperates with Beacon Specialized Living, the Department of Human Services (DHS) staff or any other regulatory body during any inspection, investigation or inquiry.
