Job summary

Red Bull North America is seeking a qualified leader in Denver to oversee distribution and operations within a dynamic team. A Bachelor’s degree or 5–7 years in the industry, plus 3–5 years in beverage or DSD environments, are required.

You will mentor teams, train, and provide constructive feedback, using PowerPoint for presentations and collaborating with cross-functional partners across the business. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 5-7 years of relevant industry experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in the beverage industry or similar DSD operations environment.
• Strong leadership capabilities, including the ability to mentor, train, and provide effective feedback.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, including PowerPoint deck creation and presentation in both individual and group settings.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
• Demonstrated analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Project Management experience is a plus.
• Logistics experience preferred.
• Routing software experience preferred. (Descartes WinRoute)
