Qualifications

• High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of product or service management experience in automotive services or reconditioning.
• Strong understanding of automotive technologies and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support field operations as SME for national initiatives.
• Collaborate with field teams to meet SLAs and pricing consistency.
• Develop and maintain product and service roadmaps aligned with market trends.
• Coordinate lifecycle of products from introduction to retirement.
• Analyze feedback from customers and markets to inform positioning.
