Dent Wizard is seeking a National Product Manager, Products and Services to guide the evolution of its product portfolio for national accounts. You will partner with supply chain, training, and operations to ensure high quality execution nationwide and leverage data-driven insights to optimize pricing and competitiveness.

Responsibilities include shaping the product roadmap, collaborating with marketing on messaging, and monitoring performance metrics to drive improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in product or service management, ideally within automotive services or reconditioning.
• Strong understanding of automotive technologies, repair processes, and industry best practices.
• Demonstrated success working cross‑functionally with operations, marketing, and national customer accounts.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data tools (Excel, Power BI), Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.

• Serve as a trusted SME for field operations and align with company objectives.
• Collaborate with field teams to uphold Customer SLAs and pricing consistency.
• Coach, train, and develop others on National Initiatives.
• Maintain and evolve the product and service roadmap with market trends and customer needs.
• Coordinate the full lifecycle of products and services from introduction to retirement.
• Analyze feedback to inform product direction and pricing strategies.
• Track KPIs and translate data into actionable insights for leadership.
