Job summary

Dent Wizard is seeking a National Product Manager to lead the product and service portfolio for national accounts. You will collaborate with field operations, marketing, and supply chain to optimize performance, pricing, and customer satisfaction across the nation.

You will drive the product roadmap, analyze market data, and ensure offerings remain competitive and compliant while guiding lifecycle management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of product or service management, ideally within automotive services or reconditioning.
• Strong understanding of automotive technologies, repair processes, and industry best practices.
• Demonstrated success working cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and national customer accounts.
• Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data tools (Excel, Power BI), Microsoft Office, and CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate field collaboration to align with company objectives and SLAs.
• Maintain and evolve the product and service roadmap with market trends and customer needs.
• Oversee product lifecycle from introduction to retirement across national accounts.
• Gather market insights, collaborate with marketing on messaging and positioning.
• Track KPIs and translate data into actionable improvements for product and operations.
• Lead initiatives for innovation and process improvement across teams.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
