Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking a National Sales Executive to drive concert-related revenue from personal suite licenses, club memberships, and event-by-event sales for all OVG venues. Based in Austin, TX, you will coordinate with local venue sales staff and manage end-to-end relationship with premium seating clients.

The role offers a salary of $81,500–$106,000 per year and commission eligibility, with benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, a 401(k) plan with matching, and paid time off

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and sales experience.
• 2–4 years of successful sales experience in premium seating, sports, entertainment, hospitality, venue, or B2B sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and closing deals.
• Experience utilizing CRM platforms (Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite to manage pipelines and generate reports.

Responsibilities

• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly KPI metrics and revenue goals for contracted revenue, new business, event-by-event sales, and renewals.
• Prospect and cultivate new sales leads and follow up on leads provided by the organization.
• Conduct sales via phone, virtual, email, and in-person meetings and presentations.
• Utilize CRM and sales tools to report on metrics and data.
• Close deals accurately and provide high-end service to premium seating clients including renewals and invoice coordination.
