Job summary

Oak View Group (OVG) is seeking a Sales Manager, Global Partnerships, based in Austin to drive new business development and sponsorship revenue. You will work with the Director and VP to research, craft sponsorship strategies, conduct targeted outreach, and cultivate brand partnerships for OVG and Moody Center.

The role requires 3–5+ years in sponsorship sales and a proven track record of exceeding revenue goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5+ years sponsorship experience in a high-performance sales environment; sports/entertainment/arena industry preferred.
• Strong selling skills with proven pitch and strategic positioning.
• Experience with Salesforce and Kore is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish new business relationships to achieve annual revenue goals for Global Partnerships and Moody Center.
• Develop strategic plans to drive revenue for Moody Center and other projects.
• Prospect, develop, and sell new integrated business partnerships.
• Maintain knowledge of GP clients and properties to align and execute sales goals.
• Develop and track new revenue pipeline for leadership review.
• Attend events to build and maintain client relationships.
