Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in property and casualty insurance.
• 2+ years of experience managing teams and projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and form automation tools.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Entrepreneurial drive and strategic thinking.

Responsibilities

• Identify products needing enhancements with internal teams.
• Lead changes from planning to delivery.
• Research competitor filings for opportunities.
• Create timelines and oversee milestones for related initiatives.
• Communicate form changes and timelines across departments.
• Monitor post-launch performance and adjust as needed.
• Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
