Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of P&C insurance experience in product management, pricing, actuarial, or similar roles.
• Deep understanding of ratemaking, regulatory environments, and product lifecycle management.
• Advanced Excel and strong analytical toolkit.

Responsibilities

• Own pricing strategy across assigned states and manage full rate/product lifecycle.
• Lead complex product initiatives improving underwriting outcomes and policy issuance.
• Partner with actuarial, underwriting, data science, and technology to deliver scalable solutions.
• Build and execute a product roadmap balancing speed, rigor, and business impact.
