Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years in residential purchasing or design studio.
• Experience with EnterpriseOne (E1) purchasing apps.
• Solid understanding of home building processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
• In-office work 3 days per week; varies by division.

Responsibilities

• Implement national option strategies for Sales Center and Design Studio.
• Create and maintain National Option Master for Toll Divisions.
• Review and adjudicate new option requests.
• Communicate option information to divisions and teams.
• Foster national program compliance and resolve discrepancies.
• Participate in plan design and construction drawing reviews.
• Assist end users with EnterpriseOne questions.
• Identify training opportunities for Options Managers.
