Core States Group is seeking a Senior Director of Civil Engineering - Multi-Site to lead performance, growth, and delivery consistency of national teams. This role requires aligning people, process, client expectations, financial performance, and delivery standards to support growth.

You will operate at strategic and execution levels, shaping delivery models and a scalable platform that differentiates Core States in the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline required.
• Professional Engineering license strongly preferred.
• MBA or advanced business degree strongly preferred.
• Significant civil engineering leadership experience including client relationships and program delivery.

Responsabilités

• Lead national Multi-Site Civil Engineering teams with accountability for client service, team performance, overall financial performance and growth.
• Strengthen delivery systems, workflows, quality expectations, and communication standards across national program teams.
• Build a national delivery platform that strengthens client confidence and becomes a competitive advantage.
• Mentor and develop high-performing Multi-Site Civil Engineering teams with leadership depth and technical capability.
• Create a culture of accountability, ownership, collaboration, service, and continuous improvement.
• Strengthen national client relationships by understanding client needs and improving responsiveness.
• Partner with client leaders, project teams, market leaders, and technical teams to support delivery and opportunities.
• Drive consistent execution across scope, schedule, budget, invoicing, and closeout.
• Use performance data and client feedback to identify trends and improve resource planning.
