Core States Group seeks a Senior Director of Civil Engineering - Multi-Site to lead national civil engineering teams and drive growth, delivery consistency, and client satisfaction across markets.

The role requires strategic and execution excellence, aligning people, processes, and financial performance to build a scalable delivery platform and competitive advantage for Core States Group.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline is required.
• Professional Engineering license strongly preferred.
• MBA or advanced business degree or demonstrated business leadership experience is strongly preferred.
• Significant civil engineering leadership experience including client relationships, team leadership, program delivery, and financial performance.
• Demonstrated success leading national client programs and scaling delivery teams.
• Strong business and financial acumen to evaluate growth opportunities, performance, staffing, and priorities.
• Strong understanding of civil engineering delivery for multi-site, national, or programmatic clients.
• Experience in civil site development, multi-site engineering, land development, infrastructure, or related growth markets.
• Ability to lead through influence, build trust, and communicate with clients and leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to identify practical uses for AI tools to improve processes and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead the performance, growth, and delivery consistency of national Multi-Site Civil Engineering teams.
• Strengthen delivery systems, team structures, workflows, and performance expectations across national program teams.
• Build a national delivery platform that strengthens client confidence and competitive advantage.
• Mentor and develop high-performing Multi-Site Civil Engineering teams.
• Create a culture of accountability, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Strengthen national client relationships by understanding needs and improving responsiveness.
• Partner with client leaders and project teams to support program delivery and growth.
• Drive consistent execution across client programs, including scope, schedule, budget, and invoicing.
• Use performance data and client feedback to identify trends and improve delivery outcomes.
