Qualifications

• Senior civil engineering leader with strong business judgement and ability to scale delivery.
• Experience leading national client programs and multi-site delivery.
• Proven ability to develop leaders, grow client relationships, and manage programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead national Multi-Site Civil Engineering teams with accountability for client service and financial performance.
• Strengthen delivery systems, team structures, and quality expectations across programs.
• Build a national delivery platform that strengthens client confidence and competitive advantage.
• Mentor high-performing teams and develop leadership depth for national programs.
• Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Strengthen client relationships by understanding needs and improving responsiveness.
• Coordinate with client leaders and technical teams to support delivery and growth.
• Drive scope, schedule, budget, invoicing, and closeout across programs.
• Use data and feedback to identify trends and improve resource planning.
