Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering required.
• Professional Engineer license strongly preferred.
• MBA or advanced business leadership preferred.
• Experience leading national programs and complex client portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Lead the performance, growth, and delivery consistency of national Multi-Site Civil Engineering teams with accountability for client service, team performance, overall financial performance, quality, and sustainable growth.
• Strengthen delivery systems, team structures, workflows, quality expectations, communication standards, and performance expectations across national program teams.
• Build a national delivery platform that strengthens client confidence, improves execution, supports growth, and becomes a competitive advantage for Core States Group.
• Build, mentor, and develop high-performing Multi-Site Civil Engineering teams with the leadership depth and technical capability required to support national client programs.
• Create a culture of accountability, ownership, collaboration, service, and continuous improvement.
• Strengthen national client relationships by understanding client needs, improving responsiveness, and helping teams deliver with consistency and trust.
