Job summary

Core States Group is seeking a Senior Director of Civil Engineering - Multi-Site to lead and own the performance, growth, and delivery consistency of our national civil engineering teams. This position blends strategic vision with hands-on execution to mature delivery systems and scale the business.

The successful candidate will build leadership depth, strengthen client relationships, and drive a delivery platform that differentiates Core States in the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is required.
• Professional Engineering license strongly preferred.
• MBA or demonstrated business leadership strongly preferred.
• Extensive leadership of national client programs and delivery teams.
• Strong business and financial acumen to evaluate growth opportunities and staffing.

Responsibilities

• Lead national Multi-Site Civil Engineering teams for client service and growth.
• Strengthen delivery systems, workflows, and quality across programs.
• Build a national delivery platform to improve execution and trust.
• Mentor leaders and develop high-performing teams.
• Drive scope, schedule, budget, invoicing, and closeout across programs.
• Use data and client feedback to improve delivery outcomes.
