Job summary

Core States Group seeks a Senior Director of Civil Engineering - Multi-Site to lead national civil engineering teams, shaping delivery platforms and scaling performance across markets. You will align client expectations, financial performance, and delivery standards to drive growth and consistency.

You will build leadership depth, mentor managers, and partner with client leaders and technical teams to deliver at scale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline.
• Professional Engineering license strongly preferred.
• MBA or demonstrated business leadership experience strongly preferred.
• Significant civil engineering leadership experience with client relationships, team leadership, program delivery, and financial performance.
• Strong business and financial acumen, including evaluating growth opportunities and resource planning.
• Experience leading multi-site, national or programmatic client delivery.
• Ability to lead through influence and communicate with clients and teams.
• Willingness to identify practical uses for company-approved AI tools to improve processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the performance, growth, and delivery consistency of national Multi-Site Civil Engineering teams.
• Strengthen delivery systems, team structures, workflows, quality expectations, and communication standards.
• Build a national delivery platform that strengthens client confidence and competitive advantage.
• Develop high-performing teams with leadership depth and technical capability.
• Create a culture of accountability, ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Strengthen national client relationships by understanding needs and improving responsiveness.
• Partner with client leaders and teams to support program delivery and opportunities.
• Drive execution across client programs including scope, schedule, budget, and closeout.
• Use performance data and insights to improve resource planning and delivery outcomes.
