American Heritage Lending, LLC in Troy, MI seeks a National Account Executive (Call Center) to reach out to prospective mortgage brokers via phone, text messages, and emails, establishing relationships and communicating the value of our Non-QM wholesale lending services.

The role emphasizes proactive, results-driven activity, meeting monthly targets and KPIs, and collaborating with the sales team to expand the broker base while staying current on industry trends and product offerings.

Qualifications

• 1+ years wholesale mortgage lending sales experience, preferably in a call center.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with a persuasive demeanor.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills for rapid rapport.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented with a history of meeting sales targets.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic environment.
• Experience overcoming objections and staying motivated.
• Basic knowledge of Non-QM products (Bridge, DSCR-Business Purpose, Fix/Flip).
• Proficiency with MS Office; familiarity with Encompass/LON.

Responsibilities

• Perform outbound calls, texts, and emails to engage prospective mortgage brokers.
• Identify and qualify leads; communicate value of our services.
• Deliver tailored sales pitches to meet client needs.
• Build and maintain relationships to foster trust and loyalty.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate activity logs in the CRM system.
• Collaborate with sales to plan lead generation and conversion strategies.
• Stay informed on market trends and competitor activity.
