Job summary

ViiV Healthcare in the United States seeks a Director, National Medical Value & Outcomes Liaisons (MVOLs) to lead a national field medical team engaging priority decision makers across plans, PBMs, and health systems. You will shape medical account strategy, align with US Medical and Market Access, and drive evidence-based value engagements.

The role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to translate strategy into priorities, with a focus on patient access and business

Qualifications

• Pharm D or PhD or M.P.H. or M.S. or advanced medical degree & 5+ years' experience with US payer or institutional customers in field medical
• Experience in managed care or pharmaceutical setting
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities
• Ability to travel up to 40% of the time

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the National MVOL team with scientific engagement and account leadership
• Develop and execute national medical account strategy and resource allocation
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives across Medical Affairs, Market Access and other matrix partners
• Provide oversight of evidence generation and real-world data opportunities
• Maintain high scientific credibility and executive presence in stakeholder engagements
