Job summary

ViiV Healthcare is seeking a Director, National Medical Value & Outcomes Liaisons (MVOLs) to lead a national field medical team and drive evidence-based value engagements with national payers and decision makers in the U.S. You will partner across Medical Affairs, Market Access and Commercial teams to deliver strategic plans and impactful outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership, executive presence and the ability to translate strategy into actionable priorities while maintaining compliance

Qualifications

• Pharm D or PhD or M.P.H. or M.S. or advanced medical degree; 5+ years in US payer or institutional medical roles preferable.
• Experience leading field medical teams and cross-functional partners.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic medical/account plans with measurable objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead National MVOL team to achieve scientific engagement and account leadership.
• Develop and retain diverse, high-performing talent with clear succession plans.
• Translate Medical Affairs strategy into objectives and measurable account-level impact.
• Ensure compliant, evidence-based engagements with senior stakeholders across national accounts.
