ViiV Healthcare, a global specialty HIV company, is seeking a Field-based Medical Affairs leader in the United States to drive national MVOL strategy and account engagement.

You will lead the National MVOL team, coach talent, and partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access and other functions to translate strategy into actionable plans for key accounts.

The role emphasizes scientific rigor, payer engagement, and performance excellence in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Formación

• Pharm D or PhD or MPH or MS or advanced medical degree with 5+ years in US payer or institutional field medical role.
• Matrix leadership across Medical, Market Access and customer-facing teams.
• Experience developing and executing strategic medical account plans.
• Ability to travel up to 40% with overnight travel.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, mentor and develop the National MVOL team.
• Translate Medical Affairs strategy into measurable objectives and account-level impact.
• Align with matrix partners to deliver medical/account solutions.
• Oversee evidence generation and engagement with external experts and decision makers.
• Establish meaningful performance indicators and drive continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliant, high-integrity field medical activities.
