Pharmacosmos Therapeutics Inc. is seeking a field-based Medical Value and Outcomes Liaison (MVOL) in the US to advance scientific exchange and build strategic relationships with national PHDMs and major accounts.

This role supports market access strategy by translating HEOR and RWE to stakeholders, while maintaining non-promotional status. The MVOL will work to identify data opportunities, collaborate with HEOR teams, and provide insights to inform evidence-based healthcare decisions within

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in a health sciences-related field or master’s with relevant industry experience.
• 2–3+ years in MSL, Market Access, Managed Care, Value and Access; HEOR/RWE preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of the healthcare and pharmaceutical landscape, including managed care and hospital systems.
• Proven experience building KOL relationships with top medical experts.
• Previous Hematology/Oncology experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of PhRMA, OIG and ICH-GCP guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary field medical lead to generate and execute scientific discussions with national community oncology networks, IDNs, IPPNs, payors, and GPOs.
• Develop KOL and PHDM relationships across assigned strategic account segments.
• Contribute as a medical stakeholder within a matrix environment, supporting market access and HEOR teams with HEOR data and RWE.
• Identify HEOR/RWE data generation opportunities aligned with publication plans.
• Collect insights on treatment barriers and on-label inclusion in clinical pathways and payor pathways.
• Enhance field medical reporting to quantify the value of activities.
