National Courier Express, LLC is seeking a National Dispatcher & Customer Service Representative (Oklahoma) to support multi-state medical logistics operations. The role blends dispatch coordination, client engagement, driver training, and account setup with frequent travel and strict regulatory compliance.

You will serve as a liaison among drivers, clients, patients, and leadership, ensuring accurate deliveries, strong communication, and adherence to HIPAA/OSHA guidelines.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in logistics, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in dispatch/logistics coordination, healthcare courier experience preferred.
• HIPAA Certification and OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Certification required.
• Strong communication, leadership, and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with dispatch software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch & Logistics Coordination across multiple states, ensuring on-time deliveries.
• Answer incoming calls from clients, patients, and drivers in a professional and timely manner.
• Coordinate outbound calls to patients/clients for delivery confirmations and ETAs.
• Verify delivery details, track real-time status, and manage delays or route deviations.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, OSHA, DOT, and internal SOPs.
