Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in dispatch, logistics coordination, or route management (healthcare courier experience preferred).
• Experience managing multi-state dispatch operations.
• Knowledge of HIPAA, OSHA, DOT and related medical logistics regulations required.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily courier routes across multiple states for on-time delivery.
• Serve as a key liaison between drivers, clients, patients and leadership.
• Train and onboard drivers on routes, safety, compliance, and customer service.
• Support new account implementations and market expansion initiatives.
• Maintain dispatch logs, PODs, and incident reports for billing and compliance.
