Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience serving utilities through consulting, advisory services, utility leadership, public finance, regulatory work, or a related field.
• Experience building and scaling a consulting practice, service line, or advisory business.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary teams and complex advisory engagements.
• Strong executive-level communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead national growth for Baker Tilly's municipal utility advisory practice.
• Define priority markets, client segments, and service offerings for sustainable national scale.
• Develop and connect scalable utility advisory offerings and methodologies across utilities.
• Originate, shape, and lead complex utility advisory engagements.
• Represent Baker Tilly at industry conferences and professional associations.
