Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a National Material Manager to lead the materials, safety, and product flow functions across multiple states. You will define KPIs with the National Director of Supply Chain and guide warehouse teams, ensuring efficient ERP-based material handling from receipt to inventory control.

The role requires 5–7 years in material/inventory management, strong leadership and data analysis skills, and a commitment to continuous improvement in a fast-growing company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 5–7 years in Material and Inventory Management.
• Strong ability to balance customer satisfaction with organizational goals.
• Ability to work independently and make critical decisions.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; strong interpersonal skills.
• Organizational skills with detail orientation; data interpretation ability.
• Self-motivated with track record of staying current with industry trends.
• Must meet physical requirements and have good driving record.
• Prior leadership experience in transportation/logistics is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-state supply chain team to meet goals.
• Conduct interviews and manage performance evaluations.
• Develop KPIs with the National Director of Supply Chain.
• Direct Material Manager/Supervisor and warehouse teams.
• Create reports on team and individual performance.
• Standardize materials management processes for ERP systems.
• Oversee material receipt, labeling, kitting, cycle counting, and inventory control.
• Drive continuous improvement across processes.
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly/annual inventory accuracy to standards.
• Lead weekly huddles and share summaries with leadership.
• Maintain standards of excellence and service; ensure quality performance.
• Propose training to improve processes.
• Manage administrative operations for timeliness and accuracy.
• Analyze operational data to evaluate department performance.
• Maintain safe work environment and report vehicle maintenance.
• Ensure ERP data integrity for material movements; communicate status across departments.
• Develop cross-functional teams to support operations and retail.
