Trulieve is seeking an experienced Distribution Manager to lead our supply chain distribution operations in Florida. You will oversee daily center activities, optimize inventory, and drive efficiency across channels while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, or related field.
• Experience in a distribution manager role within manufacturing.
• Knowledge of distribution and logistics software (SAP, Samsara).
• Ability to lead a team under pressure with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement efficient distribution strategies aligned with company goals.
• Oversee daily distribution center operations including staffing and training.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock across channels.
• Liaise with departments to optimize inventory control.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines.
• Analyze logistics data to optimize shipping and transport procedures.
• Maintain relationships with transportation and logistics providers.
• Prepare and manage distribution budgets and performance metrics.
