Job summary

This role requires strong leadership, ERP and SAP experience, and the ability to develop strategies, reports and processes. Travel and flexible hours apply; 45+ hours weekly; equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 5–7 years of material and inventory management experience preferred.
• Ability to balance customer satisfaction with organizational objectives.
• Independent decision-making ability required.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills; SAP knowledge preferred.
• Strong communication with internal/external contacts.
• Detail-oriented with objective-driven mindset.
• Experience in transportation and logistics; prior leadership experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-state supply chain team to meet objectives.
• Develop KPIs with the National Director of Supply Chain.
• Set direction for Material Manager/Supervisor and warehouse teams.
• Produce reports on team and individual performance.
• Standardize materials management processes in ERP systems.
• Ensure accurate daily/weekly/monthly inventory reporting.
• Conduct weekly huddles and summarize results.
• Maintain safety and excellence standards.
