Job summary

Trulieve is seeking a dedicated Material Handler in Phoenix, AZ to manage warehouse stock, fulfill orders, receive shipments and coordinate logistics for offsite warehouses. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in inventory control, warehouse operations and the safe use of material handling equipment.

Responsibilities include transporting products across facilities, inventory tracking, and adhering to safety and regulatory standards while maintaining accurate logs and reports.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 21+ (18+ in CT, PA and WV) and pass a comprehensive background screening.
• Valid Driver's License and MVR check requirements (SAMBA Safety or similar).
• Ability to operate warehouse equipment and follow safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Transport products between Trulieve facilities.
• Inventory management and control.
• Receiving and shipping functions.
• Load/unload vehicles and prepare transportation manifests.
• Follow routes and maintain schedules.
• Complete logs and reports to track movements.
• Adhere to DOT/OSHA safety standards.
• Operate forklift, pallet jack and related equipment.
