Job summary

Trulieve is seeking an experienced Distribution Manager to oversee all distribution operations within the Supply Chain. You will lead a team, optimize inventory, and ensure on-time delivery while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role reports to the Regional Distribution Manager and requires strong leadership, a degree in business/logistics, and proficiency in distribution software (SAP/Samsara). This on-site position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in a distribution manager role.
Strong knowledge of distribution and logistics software including SAP and Samsara.
Proven ability to lead a team in a high‑pressure environment.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Detail-oriented with superb analytical skills.
Familiarity with safety and performance standards in the industry.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement efficient distribution strategies that align with company objectives.
Manage daily operations of the distribution center including staff scheduling, training, and development.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure product stock is adequate for all distribution channels.
Liaise with various departments to achieve optimal inventory control and management.
Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory guidelines.
Analyze logistics data to optimize shipping and transport procedures.
Maintain relationships with transportation and logistics providers.
Prepare and manage distribution budgets.
