Job summary

Brett Fisher Group (Fisher Search Group) is conducting a highly selective search for an Associate Vice President / Market Development Leader, preferably based in Texas (Houston & Dallas), with openness to other strategic locations for the right candidate. The role focuses on opening a national market and driving adoption of innovative interventional pulmonology technologies.

You will start as an individual contributor with a national number, mapping the market, covering cases, and executing

Qualifications

• Proven success selling within interventional pulmonology or closely related procedures.
• Ability to open new hospital accounts and influence purchasing decisions.
• Experience educating physicians and clinical stakeholders on new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Drive national market growth for the interventional pulmonology portfolio.
• Build strategic relationships with physicians, hospital admins, and key opinion leaders.
• Shape commercial strategy with Sales & Marketing leadership to target and message effectively.
• Leverage market intelligence to prioritize opportunities and accelerate adoption.
• Navigate hospital purchasing processes, VAC reviews, and contracting discussions.
• Recruit, mentor, and eventually lead a growing field team of Territory Managers.
• Travel ~60% nationally, with 2–3 nights away per week to support customers.
