Qualifications

• Advanced degree required; Doctoral degree strongly preferred in Pharmacy, Medicine, Biological Sciences, Health Services Research or Public Health.
• 7+ years of Managed care or similar experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Knowledge of current US healthcare system at a national level including landscape changes, payers, PBMs.
• Knowledge of pharmacoeconomic concepts including modeling, real-world evidence, health outcomes and clinical trial designs.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize in evolving environments.
• Willingness to travel (60-80%) with national and regional coverage.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based healthcare economic and clinical information demonstrating value to national accounts.
• Lead development and execution of medical strategy for national accounts.
• Communicate payer coverage changes to ecosystem and collaborate with regional teams.
• Provide education and enhance patient outcomes using unbranded resources and population health management.
• Lead remote customer engagement projects and oversee payer-aligned sections for engagement platforms.
• Cultivate relationships with national healthcare decision makers and communicate market insights to matrix partners.
• Lead Medical Affairs strategy across therapeutic areas and support market access activities.
• Provide clinical and health outcomes training for Market Access partners.
