Job summary

Underwriter Services Association seeks independent contractors for nationwide insurance field inspections. You will perform walk-through observations, interview the insured, take photos, prepare diagrams, and complete reports using client templates. Reports are uploaded within a 14-day window.

Contractors set their own Monday–Friday schedules. Base rates start at $45 and go up to $75 within a 25-mile radius. Payments are issued monthly via ACH to your U.S. bank, with a 1099 issued each January.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance field inspection is preferred.
• Ability to conduct walk-through observations, interviews, and take photos.
• Familiarity with reporting templates and client requirements.
