Job summary

Underwriter Services Association is seeking independent contractors to perform nationwide insurance field inspections. Contractors manage their own schedules, complete property walk-throughs, interviews, and photo documentation, and use our online portal for reporting within 14 days.

Facilities include templates for loss conditions, recommendations, and professional liability insurance after first inspection; contractors are paid per inspection and receive monthly ACH payments to a US bank

Qualifications

• Qualified, professional, reliable contractor with flexible schedule.
• Experience in insurance field inspection or related work; certification from Loss Control Academy or Virtual Insurance Inspector Academy preferred.
• Excellent written communication and ability to produce clear, well-written reports.

Responsibilities

• Complete high-quality loss-control inspection reports following client templates.
• Conduct property walk-throughs, interviews with insured, take photos and diagrams as needed.
• Submit completed reports, diagrams, and photos within a 14-day window via inspector portal.
